The Chelmsford Housing Authority is conducting a lottery for an affordable three bedroom, single family home in the town of Concord, MA priced at $176,500 with a monthly homeowner’s association fee of $269.
An LIP Deed Rider, which limits the amount the unit can be resold for and requires the resale to another affordable buyer, will be filed with the deed at the time of purchase.
The deadline to submit completed applications is Friday, June 14, 2013 at 4 p.m. Income and asset limits apply.

Affordable Rental Opportunity
The Chelmsford Housing Authority is conducting a lottery for three affordable 2-bedroom apartments being offered for rent in the town of Lancaster. The apartments will feature kitchen, breakfast bar, living room and half-bath on the first floor; two bedrooms (walk-in closet off the master bedroom) and a full bath on the second floor for $995 a month. Square footage is 1,120 per unit.
The deadline to submit completed applications is June 5, 2013 at 4 p.m. Income limits apply.

“Cottages in the Woods” Affordable Homeownership Opportunity
The Chelmsford Housing Authority is accepting applications from income – and asset-eligible households interested in purchasing a home through our Affordable Homeownership Program.
Two- and three-bedroom single-family homes in the “Cottages in the Woods” development in Westford, Mass., are being made available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis.
Preference will be given to those households appropriately sized for the two- and three-bedroom unit
