The Chelmsford Housing Authority and Elder Services of the Merrimack Valley, Inc. partnered to create this development tthat serves over 50 low income seniors. The Chelmsford Housing Authority serving as the management agent for North Village. All Care Adult Day Health Center is located at this development and is open to residents of the Chelmsford Housing Authority as well as the Greater Chelmsford community. This development has a 24 hour on-call homemaker that can provide laundry, grocery shopping as well as other supportive services. There is a full time Resident Service Coordinator, on-site wellness checks, meal program, free prescription delivery, full service hair salon and senior yoga. The development is in close proximity to the Chelmsford COA / Senior Center which serves lunch everyday to seniors. This is a senior only development.
North Village is located on an easily accessible bus route and buses run hourly through the development.
VILLAGE AT MYSTERY SPRING, 67 Tadmuck Road, Westford, MA 01886
The Westford Initiative for Senior Housing (WISH), a non-profit organization and owner of this property, was formed exclusively for the purpose of creating the Village at Mystery Spring. This development serves over 36 low income seniors. The Westford Housing Authority is the on-site property manager and the Chelmsford Housing Authority is the management agent for the Village at Mystery Spring. This development has an on-site Resident Service Coordinator who works with Elder Services of the Merrimack Valley to coordinate supportive services. The Westford Council on Aging provides transportation through its Road Runner service and offers numerous programs for seniors at the Westford Senior Center. The development houses a full service hair salon and its location is within close proximity of shopping, restaurants and medical facilities.
All residents have the option of having their rents direct debited from their checking/savings account.

To be eligible for the Federal 202 program applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Elderly Applicants: At least 62 years old
Income: All applicants are subject to an income limit which is a gross income of less than 50% of the median income for the area. Currently the income limits are:
- One person: $31,750
- Two people: $36,300
