Information for Residents

The following is information for residents of Chelmsford Housing Authority managed apartments and homes.

Maintenance Calls
If you require maintenance for your apartment please call the office and a work order will be created for you.

(Please use for emergencies only, and only after 4:30pm and at weekends.)

Rent Payments
All rent is due 1st of each month. Residents have the option of having their rents direct debited from their checking / savings accounts. Please contact the office for more information.

Pet Policy
Pets are permitted in the apartments if the pet guidelines are adhered to.
Pet Guidelines

Snow Policy
If you hear that it is going to snow, it would be better to move your car the night before. This way, if maintenance has to plow early in the morning, your car will already be moved.

Community Rooms
The Community Room in each building is available for use by any group or individual that wishes to use it. To do this, an applicant must be a resident of the building in which the community room is, and should apply to the Authority Office for permission.
