Mill & 3 is a 108-unit rental development that will consist of twenty-two affordable units and eight-six market rate units.
All apartments will feature high-end finishes, such as wood cabinets and granite countertops. Unit amenities include washers and dryers, 9+ foot ceiling heights, walk-in closets, separate dining rooms and patios or balconies.
Since it is anticipated that there will be more interested and eligible applicants than available units, the Chelmsford Housing Authority (CHA) and the Developer will be sponsoring an application process and lottery to rank the eligible applicants for the program.
